Really great service but only a couple of reasons not excellent: There's some white marks left on the hob rack - not damage but assume residue from cleaning product. A couple of marks left on door handle - -again, not a problem and could be wiped off. I thought extractor was included but it was suggested the vents were cleaned as an extra.
